What personal data we process when you visit domussolis.org, why we do so and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

VšĮ „Domus Solis“ (public institution)
Legal entity code: 302609241
Address: Didžioji g. 5, 01128 Vilnius, Lithuania

2. What data we process and why

Server logs

Our hosting server automatically records technical data: IP address, time of visit, browser type and pages viewed. These records are used solely for website security and troubleshooting (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider and are not used to identify visitors.

Email correspondence

If you write to us at info@domussolis.org, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply to your enquiry. Messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, unless the law requires otherwise.

3. Cookies, analytics and local storage

Visitor statistics (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-VPRM14S8KB) to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content. For this service Google may set cookies (e.g. _ga, _gid) and process aggregated usage data and your IP address.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you give consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no data is sent (everything is denied by default). On your first visit you see a consent banner where you can accept or decline. The legal basis for processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data (cookies and local storage) in your browser.

Local storage

Your browser's local storage only keeps two technical settings: your theme preference (light / dark) and your cookie-consent choice. This is not personal data and is never transmitted anywhere.

4. Third-party content

Some pages embed external content. When such a page is opened, your IP address is transmitted to the respective service:

5. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to: access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
